Terms of Use

Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Lurk website and Lurk app for Apple Watch and iPhone. By using Lurk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

About Lurk

Lurk is an independent third-party client that lets you browse Twitch live channels and use selected Twitch features on Apple Watch. Lurk is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Twitch Interactive, Inc. Twitch and its marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party services and content

Lurk connects to Twitch to provide streams and related features. Your use of Twitch, including any Twitch account, content, or chat, remains subject to Twitch’s Terms of Service, its community guidelines, and any other terms that apply to you. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for content or messages you submit.

Apple’s terms apply to your use of Apple services and devices. Lurk does not control Twitch, Apple, network providers, or other third-party services, and their availability or content may change without notice.

Acceptable use

Use Lurk lawfully and in accordance with these terms and the rules of any connected service. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Lurk or its supporting services. Keep your Twitch credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access.

Availability and changes

Lurk is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, become unavailable, or stop working when third-party services change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lurk is provided without warranties, and the Lurk developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or website.

Updates and contact

These terms may be updated as Lurk changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised terms. For questions, use the support contact provided with the Lurk App Store listing.
